What is Steam Treatment?
Our steam treatment uses a professional-grade steam generator that superheats steam to 180°C. This dry superheated steam kills bed bugs and their eggs instantly through thermal shock, right from the first pass — with no chemicals required.
For the best possible results, we combine steam treatment with a targeted residual chemical spray — the steam eliminates live bugs and eggs on contact, while the spray provides ongoing protection against any survivors or newly hatched nymphs.

Estimates are a guide only. Final price is confirmed on inspection and may vary with infestation severity, access and property layout. Wasps: £95 for the first nest, each additional nest £50. Squirrels: £300 (3 visits). Rats in garden: £300. Steam treatment: £160/room. Antiviral fumigation: £80/room.
For emergency call-outs, we aim to attend within a few hours across London. Scheduled treatments are usually available next day. We operate 7 days a week, 9am–6pm, with out-of-hours appointments available on request.
Yes. We use products approved for domestic use in the UK. We'll advise you on any precautions — typically you may need to vacate for a short period — and provide a full safety briefing before treatment.
Yes — on our full treatment plans (3 visits). If the pest problem returns within the 90-day guarantee period, we'll come back at no extra charge. Single visits do not include a guarantee as one treatment is not always sufficient to fully clear an infestation.
Our prices are all-inclusive of labour and treatment. The only exceptions are parking fees or the congestion/ULEZ charge, which are added only if they're incurred while attending your appointment — we'll always let you know beforehand if this applies.
Yes, our technicians are fully qualified and hold RSPH Level 2 certification in Pest Management. We're also Prompt Registered, Think Wildlife compliant and DBS checked. We aim to achieve BPCA membership as we grow.
We'll advise you specifically when you book, but generally: clear access to affected areas, remove food and utensils from kitchen surfaces, and arrange to vacate pets and young children for a short period if needed.
